I ADMIT, I AM A BAD PERSON pt 1

I don't care about the environment. Nor do I care about those people who are "trying" to save it.

Now let me explain why I don't care about this topic.

First the people who are trying to save it.

No matter what we do we are still killing the planet...for HUMAN LIFE. If we want to save the planet for human existence, we have to stop driving cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles, snow mobiles and motor boats. Let's stop using electric and gas mowers. Let's stop using running water, electricity and natural gas in our homes and go back to cutting down 1 tree and replanting 3. Let's us go back to wood stoves and fire places. Let's go back to self sufficient farming, without tractors or combines, but with horses, mules and oxen. Let's give up television, movies, PS3's, PCs, Macs and I-pods. Let's all go outside to work the land and to grow with it. Let's all give up every "convenience" progress has given us and walk away from it.

YEAH LIKE THAT'LL HAPPEN!

That would be the only way we as humans will ever be able to survive the waste we are creating by promoting such things as "Earth Day" and "Think Green." I mean how much energy is wasted to promote one single minute of commercial? You figure that there are

303,824,646 people in the U.S.A.

There are 112.8 million television households in the United States.

So a commercial for it to be successful has to some how reach a large percent of the population correct?

How many TV's is that?

How much energy is wasted so that this broadcast reaches enough people to truly make a real difference and not the "It's so cool and hip to be green" people?

How many people use the internet to send their "green" message? And how much energy does THAT waste?

Sure you drive a hybrid car. BUT you are still wasting all the fossil fuels that goes into designing, engineering, testing, producing and driving it.

Why are you driving anyway? You are thinking "GREEN" shouldn't you be walking or riding a bike or (if you are truly thinking "green") riding a horse, pony or mule. I mean to truly be green wouldn't we have to pretty much live like pioneers?

And I know for a fact we are too self absorbed to make that kind of change. Instead we will waste all kinds of the Earth so that we can make it support human life longer WITHOUT giving up any of the conveniences that progress has afforded us.

Fucking hypocrites.

NOW THE PLANET...

The planet is 4.5 billion years old.

Dinosaurs were on the Earth for 250 million years.

The first Homo Sapien walked the Earth around 200,000 years ago, but no one is really quite sure about that.

Now I am not a math genius but if you add that together it does not even come close to the age of the Earth.

The Earth does not need saving.

It will outlast us all.

Thank the maker for that.

The only ones that need saving is us...and we're doing a piss poor job of that.

I guess since I know that our Sun will one day consume this planet, and that nothing at all lasts forever, I'd rather think pink than green.
